3. Process/Methodology CustodianshipCollaborate with Data colleagues across locations to

Develop and maintain methodology and procedures manuals for data collection.

Enforce compliance of staff with established data collection and quality procedures.

Analyze performance metrics (timeliness, efficiency, quality, controls) and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Research, recommend, and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies.

4. Product SupportCollaborate with other teams across functions (i.e., Research, ICS, Product, Development, QBIT) in support of planned product enhancements and extensions

Respond to queries from internal and external clients

Qualifications:At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or similar field of study. A post-graduate degree is a plus.

A minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience in a high-quality and hard deadline-driven environment, with at least 1 year leading a small team.

Knowledge of corporate governance and/or ESG is an advantage.

Good judgment in assessing available information and understanding the downstream effects of data decisions on final product outputs.

Effectiveness in working with cross-functional teams.

Takes pride in developing people.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.

Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership.

Must be willing to work on a flexible shift schedule.
