Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Conversion and Outreach Specialist to manage and convert leads generated from our various marketing and outreach activities. With 1-3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking leads from webinars, seminars, summer fairs, and social media, and ensuring they are successfully converted into meetings. This role also involves strategic outreach initiatives and expanding our presence within the educational community.
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Conversion: Track and manage leads from various sources such as webinars, seminars, summer fairs, and social media. Conduct thorough follow-up communications to convert leads into successful meeting.
CRM Utilization: Use CRM software to monitor lead performance, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and optimization of conversion rates.
Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute outreach plans to establish meaningful and relevant partnerships.
Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including school administrators,Parent Networks and Senior School Representatives to enhance brand presence and to drive lead generation.
Workshops and Seminars: Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and webinars, focusing on generating leads and providing valuable insights into study abroad opportunities with a focus point being all our premium business products.
Community Engagement: Explore and engage with residential communities, clubs, and other relevant venues to connect with students and parents, expanding our outreach efforts.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze lead conversion rates and outreach efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and optimize future strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Outreach team in Mumbai and Delhi to ensure cohesive execution of outreach and lead management activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead conversion, sales, or outreach roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads and close sales.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
