Sales Executive

Backstreet Brewery is an award-winning bar, brewery, and 1000+ seater restaurant located in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. Our diverse team of over 100 professionals includes chefs specialized in French baking, delicate desserts, superb Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine, as well as Asian and Italian flavors. Role -
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Backstreet Brewery. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for -
- Generating event leads via offsite visits & pitches
- Visiting corporate offices, event spaces, and conferences in order to generate opportunities
- Coordinating with incoming queries
- Managing event execution on an end-to-end basis
- Communicating with customers
- Coordinating with other teams on a day to day basis
- Establishing strong relationships with existing & new accounts
The role is based in Bengaluru with a mix of onsite & offsite work.
What you'll bring -
- Experience in sales & sales processes
- Strong ability to communicate with customers & prospects
- Strong negotiation & pitching skills
- Positive team player, hungry for impact & creative
- Experience with sales tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
