As we expand our mission, Lumosity is pioneering digital medicine. Leveraging our extensive technology, data, and over 100 peer-reviewed studies, we are developing digital programs aimed at treating, monitoring, and rehabilitating cognitive and neurological conditions. We are on the verge of launching our first digital therapeutic product, aimed at treating adult ADHD, following the successful completion of clinical trials.

In 2024, we are poised for significant growth with:The rebuild and relaunch of Lumosity on a new tech stack.Regulatory clearance and the commercial launch of our ADHD digital therapeutic.Expansion of our research platform, supporting internal and external research collaborations.

Lumos Labs is headquartered in San Francisco, with key operations expanding globally, including in Bangalore.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a talented

Visual Designer (5+ years)

with a strong focus on

illustration and animation

to join our team. In this role, you will create compelling visuals and animations for our core product and marketing campaigns, bringing our brand to life across multiple channels. You'll collaborate closely with our product designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to produce illustrations and marketing materials that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and refine our brand identity. This is a full-time position based in our Bangalore office.

Create compelling visuals for email campaigns, social media, ads, and other promotional materials to drive user engagement.Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with product managers, product designers, and marketers to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that meet strategic goals.Contribute to Brand Refinement:

Help evolve and maintain Lumosity's visual style, ensuring consistency and innovation in our product branding across all platforms and media.Support Product Branding:

Enhance the visual appeal of our products through thoughtful design and branding strategies.Stay Current:

Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, especially in illustration and animation, to bring fresh ideas to the team.Manage Projects:

Take ownership of your projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

WHAT YOU HAVEExperience:

5+ years of professional experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration, animation, and marketing materials.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools.Illustration and Animation Expertise : Demonstrated ability to create a wide range of illustration styles and animations, from conceptual sketches to detailed final artwork.Branding Skills:

Experience in brand refinement and product branding, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.Marketing Acumen:

Ability to design marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous eye for detail, typography, color, composition, and animation timing.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.Collaboration:

Experience working in cross-functional teams and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
