About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives.
EXPERIENCERoles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.Manage all aspects of financial accounting and budgeting.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial requirements, including filing and review of TDS returns, GST returns, IT returns, etc.Manage ROC compliances and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.Coordinate with Banks, Auditors and External Credit Rating Agencies.Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.Prepare CMA Data, Stock Statements, QIS, Cash Flow Statements etc.Review of Data entries made by subordinates for accuracy and completeness.Manage Banking operations such as issuance of LC’s, BG’s, limits renewal/enhancement etc.
Required Skills & QualificationsExceptional Problem-Solving Abilities.Minimum 3 years of work experience.Excellent MS-Excel skills.Strong knowledge of Tally.
