Job Description of Software Engineers

Praella Private Limited

is hiring Front End Developers with professional software development experience, for which the required details are mentioned below. In this role, you will be expected to set up the environments & and develop the Shopify theme. If you are a technology expert, then you are willing to learn and work on new technologies.

We’re looking for someone quick on their feet, possesses strong technical skills, and isn’t afraid to ask questions. An understanding of not just how to code but why certain code works is a must.

Objectives of the Role:Create user-focused experiences through mockups provided.Build personalized and customized features for customers.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.Develop standard code that can serve as the foundation of future projects.Perform tasks accurately and up to our quality standard.

About the Role:

Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Shopify Liquid templating language. An in-depth knowledge of the Shopify e-commerce platformMaintain/document working knowledge of current infrastructure and recommend future trends.Generate custom–tailored Shopify themes for Shopify plus clients.Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.Exposure to application development and extending Shopify functionalities using storefront APIsProficiency in working with various Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc.).

What you can bring to the table:

You love to learn, so you don't need to know everything on day one, but some relevant background will help you get going quickly.

Skills:

Proficient in HTML & CSS (including Responsive and Mobile-First Design), JavaScript Frameworks and Libraries, Shopify, and React (optional).Extensive experience with version control system (GIT)The ability to debug and solve problems along with the ability to communicate fluently is essential.

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant industry experience

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc ((C.S.E)/I.T), M.C.A, M.Sc (I.T)
