Job Title: SEO Specialist


Purpose : Scaling organic traffic by ranking our intent keywords in the top 3 of Google SERP

Your mission:

  •  Improving website ranking through keyword research and optimization.
  • Technical SEO enhancements for better site performance and indexing.
  • Crafting a targeted content strategy to engage users and attract search engines.
  • Building high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Keeping pace with industry trends and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborating with other teams to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.


You should have:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development frameworks.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO implementation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
  • A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize their workload according to changing needs.


Good if you have:

  • Specialization in marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
