Job Role - Asst. Manager - SEO

( Looking for Immediate Joiner )

KRAs


Understanding business goals and objectives and balancing them with overall brand communication to create content strategy for GIVA across all revenue and engagement channels.


SEO optimisation, blog development and scaling organic traffic through best SEO practices


Liaison with cross-functional departments – Sales, Design, Performance Marketing, Marketplaces, Offline Sales, Social Media, etc – to gain inputs for the brand as and when needed


Generate brand awareness through engaging and authentic creative content and data-led approach to scale social presence and brand love


Collaborate with Tech team, if required, for technical SEO optimisation


Think across platforms, mastering the peculiarities of each product, category, collection & product vertical to create tailored SEO content across channels


Stay abreast of content and technology trends in influencer marketing, social media content, content across ecommerce platform


Setup, build and operate with in as well as work with external agencies to create content

Ensure right description of product/ brand both online & offline


Employ content marketing best practices and stay current with market and digital advancements.


Ideate and build content strategies and concepts to maintain healthy customer engagement


Analyse daily data to derive smart insights and suggest content improvements to accommodate ever-changing customer behavior.


Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Also ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations


Submit SEO performance reports on a monthly basis to the reporting manager

Knowledge of lead generation is a bonus


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Tech background.

4-6 years of experience in SEO or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO concepts and best practices.

Experience with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative and a problem solver.

Passion for writing and digital marketing.
