Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven AI & ML Fresher to join our growing company. In this role, you will be instrumental in laying the foundation for AI and ML initiatives, working directly with the leadership team. As one of the first members focusing on AI, you will have the opportunity to develop machine learning models, explore AI applications, and contribute significantly to shaping the company’s future in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to research, design, and develop AI and ML models.
  • Assist in identifying datasets for model training, validation, and performance improvement.
  • Implement end-to-end machine learning workflows from data preprocessing to model deployment.
  • Develop and test predictive algorithms and automation solutions using AI/ML.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align AI initiatives with business goals and strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, AI technologies, and relevant innovations.
  • Document processes, model architectures, and experiments for future scalability.
  • Actively contribute to building the company’s AI and ML infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science is a plus.
  • Skills :
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
  • Basic programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras (projects or internships are a plus).
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and other data science tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision.
