Team Leader/Asst. Operations ManagerPosition Mission:The primary goal of the role is to understand the client's expectations about the recruitment services/SLA, and deliver the results accordingly on a daily, weekly, or as per the process set by the client. The person will be responsible for meeting the team's service delivery at the right time and costs for the client. Responsible for coaching, grooming, and mentoring team members for personal and professional development.

Should be a key player in client service delivery and should understand the set guidelines and processes per the IMS policy and project. Should be flexible to work for any client and project assigned occasionally.Responsibilities: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Full Cycle recruitment of Healthcare Professionals, across the States.Fostering long-term relationships with candidatesReviewing and understanding job requirementsReviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are metResearching new technologiesMaintaining databasePreparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team managerHandling clientsHandling conference callsActing as a mentor, instructing and training junior recruitersWorking according to the defined process and recruitment strategies of the organization/client/projectEssential Functions:Managing client delivery as per SLAHands on experience in recruiting Allied & Nursing Travel professionals such as CNA, LPN, RN, LVN, CMA, etc. Adhering to all the Information security and privacy policiesReporting incidents of privacy breaches to information securityQualifications, Experience & Required SkillsGraduate in any discipline1-to-3-year experience with US Healthcare recruitment.
