Location: Bangalore Department: CRM & Marketing Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) Experience Required: 3–6 Years Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience) About the Company We are a fast-growing organization in the overseas education and consulting sector, with offices in Bangalore and Delhi. We are expanding operations with a focus on data-driven marketing, CRM automation, and performance-based reporting. We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive / Coordinator to manage CRM systems, oversee marketing operations, coordinate design and social media activities, and act as the central bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Management. --- Position Overview The CRM Executive will handle CRM setup, lead data management, marketing coordination, and social media posting. This is a leadership support role responsible for ensuring all marketing, sales, and CRM systems run smoothly and deliver measurable results. --- Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Management Manage day-to-day CRM operations (Meritto or similar platforms like LeadSquared, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Customize workflows, tags, and automation as per business needs. Maintain accurate lead data and ensure all integrations (website, ads, WhatsApp, forms) work properly. Train and support team members in CRM usage and updates. --- 2. Lead Verification & Quality Control Verify all daily leads for relevance, duplication, and quality. Track and report lead source performance and conversion ratios. Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain lead quality classification (Hot / Warm / Cold). --- 3. Marketing & Design Coordination Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Design teams. Verify that marketing and design teams meet their daily and weekly lead and content targets. Check all campaign creatives, landing pages, and tracking links before launch. Review live ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and report daily performance. --- 4. Social Media Management Handle or supervise daily social media posting on Facebook, Instagram, and . Coordinate with the design team to prepare and approve posts. Schedule and publish posts using the approved monthly calendar. Track page performance, engagement, and follower growth weekly. --- 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for CRM, marketing, and social media. Maintain target vs. achievement reports for all teams. Analyze campaign ROI and suggest data-driven improvements. Present summaries and insights directly to management. --- 6. Training & Improvement Train sales and marketing staff on CRM usage and reporting standards. Suggest workflow and automation improvements. Ensure marketing data is properly tracked, reported, and optimized. --- Daily Work Routine (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM) Time Task 9:30 – 10:00 System & CRM check-up 10:00 – 11:00 Lead verification 11:00 – 12:00 Marketing target review 12:00 – 1:00 Design verification 1:00 – 2:00 Social media posting 2:00 – 3:30 Sales coordination 3:30 – 4:30 Campaign audits (Google, Meta) 4:30 – 5:30 CRM workflow & optimization 5:30 – 7:00 Daily reporting & planning --- Required Skills Experience in CRM software (Meritto preferred / or LeadSquared, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead flow, and automation. Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking (UTM, landing pages). Experience with social media management and reporting. Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. --- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
