Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, data needs, and analytics objectives, translating them into scalable and efficient BI solutions.

● Design, develop, and maintain models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

● Develop and optimize LookML code to ensure efficient data modeling, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices and standards.

● Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within models and reports.

● Implement data governance and security controls within our BI Platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy

Collaborate with data engineers and data architects to design and optimize data pipelines and data models to support BI analytics solutions.

● Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, analysts, and other stakeholders in using Looker effectively and interpreting analytics insights.

● Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation in our BI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

● Act as a subject matter expert on our BI tools, provide training, documentation, and support to empower users to leverage BI effectively.


Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in Looker, SAC, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent development, data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

● Strong proficiency in LookML and Looker administration, with experience in designing and developing Looker models, dashboards, and reports a plus.

● Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data visualization principles, and data analysis techniques.

● Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

● Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards, with experience in implementing data governance controls.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and develop optimal solutions.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

● Ability to operate with a compliance and control mindset, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.

● Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to end-users and stakeholders.
