Nextyn is a dynamic organization in the expert network industry, delivering insights and solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a skilled Moderator & Editor to join our Research and Consulting Team, contributing to high-quality client deliverables by moderating calls and refining transcripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderation: Facilitate and moderate primary research calls, ensuring productive discussions aligned with project objectives.
- Editing & Documentation: Edit call transcripts for clarity, grammar, and relevance while maintaining the context and professionalism.
- Research Support: Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and tailor discussions to derive actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all outputs meet the highest quality standards and are client-ready.
- Communication Management: Serve as the communication bridge between the research team, clients, and participants, ensuring seamless call scheduling and flow.
- Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to streamline the moderation and transcription process for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in research, consulting, or a related role involving moderation and editing.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities to extract key points from discussions.
- Proficiency in transcription tools and editing software.
- Background in qualitative or primary research is preferred.
Other Attributes:
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
