Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Executive
to drive
B2B sales
efforts in the premium interior designing sector, specifically targeting
architects ,
builders , and
construction professionals . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
B2B sales
within the
premium design, architecture , or
construction sectors , and will possess a strong network in these industries. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and promoting our
high-quality design solutions
to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:
Design and execute a focused
sales strategy
targeting key industry professionals such as architects and builders.Business Opportunity Identification:
Identify new and high-value
business opportunities
in the
construction ,
architecture , and
design sectors .Product Presentations:
Deliver
customized presentations
of our premium design solutions, addressing specific industry challenges and client requirements.Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations and close deals with both new and existing clients, ensuring
mutually beneficial agreements .Relationship Management:
Foster long-term relationships with clients post-sale, identifying opportunities for
upsell
and
cross-sell
to increase revenue.

Strong network with
architects ,
builders , and
construction professionals , with a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.Sales Performance:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding
B2B sales targets , specifically in the
construction ,
design , or
luxury sectors .Strategic Thinker:
Ability to develop and implement
sales strategies
to penetrate key accounts and drive consistent growth.Negotiation Skills:
Strong contract negotiation skills with the ability to close deals in alignment with client needs.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and effectively present products and solutions.Bachelor's degree in a
related field
(preferred).3-5 years of experience in
B2B sales
within the
luxury design ,
construction , or
architecture industries .Proven experience in
client relationship management
and driving
sales growth.
