Role : ServiceNow ITOM (Only Female)


Job Description :


- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that enhance IT operations and ensure efficient incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Perform ITOM platform administration tasks such as updates, patch management, and system health monitoring.

- Drive the integration of various IT systems and tools with ServiceNow ITOM for seamless operations and data visibility across the organization.

- Provide support for ServiceNow ITOM modules by troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring continuous service improvement.

- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

- Work with stakeholders to align ITOM processes with business goals, ensuring that the platform meets evolving organizational needs.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides for ITOM-related functionalities.

- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITOM trends, best practices, and industry developments to recommend enhancements and upgrades.

Key Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

- Proven ability to integrate IT systems and manage ServiceNow ITOM operations.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience working in hybrid environments.
