Role Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will generate leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

· Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

· Sales Performance:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

· Lead Generation:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

· Sales Process Management:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and address any customer concerns.- Manage CRM software to track all sales activities and customer interactions.

· Market and Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.- Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning.- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions as needed.

· Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports in the format required by Management.
