Data Quality Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Quality Engineer|| Bangalore with 8+ years of experience. If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd love to hear from youAbout UsCodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark or ETL tools.Develop and optimize ELT/ETL workflows for large-scale datasets.Work extensively with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts (schema design, performance optimization, snowpipe, etc.).Implement and maintain data quality frameworks , validation checks, reconciliation logic, and automated testing.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.Collaborate with analytics, BI, and product teams to understand data requirements.Implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions on AWS / GCP / Azure .Integrate data pipelines into CI/CD workflows for automated deployment and monitoring.Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and pipeline failures.Develop documentation for data flows, mapping, and operational processes.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Python and advanced SQL .Expertise in PySpark or enterprise ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.).Proven experience with Snowflake and data warehousing architectures.Strong understanding of data quality frameworks , testing methodologies, and automation.Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure .Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and batch/streaming pipelines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Good to HaveExperience with Airflow, dbt, or cloud-native orchestration tools.Knowledge of Kafka, Kinesis, or other streaming technologies.Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Experience with BI/reporting integrations.Why Join CodeVyasa?Work on innovative, high-impact projects with a team of top-tier professionals.Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth.Flexible work environment with a supportive company culture.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Free healthcare coverage.
