We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Special Projects Department. The selected candidate will oversee the management of awarded special and large-scale projects, primarily focusing on post-sales activities, including site execution and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution.
- Oversee on-site project implementation and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Design & Calculations:
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver accurate technical drawings and calculations.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, especially at the job site level.
- Address client needs, resolve on-site issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in jobsite executio and prior experience in formwork systems or related fields will be highly valued.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical proficiency in design, calculations, and construction methodologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project oversight across India.
Job Location:
- Mumbai (Head Office) with frequent travel to project sites across India.
