Role Description:
Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: HSR Sector 1, Bangalore, Karnataka
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to join us as a Customer Success Manager at DealBerg. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in key account management and should be based in Bangalore, and be comfortable with English and Kannada. Experience in e-commerce and related industries is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth- Analyze account performance and provide regular reports- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Compensation: Upto 6 LPA CTC, depending on experience.
