Quality control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the project meets agreed-upon standards. Safety and compliance: Ensure all on-site activities adhere to health, safety, and legal regulations. Problem-solving: Provide technical advice and resolve any technical difficulties that arise on site. Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals, and manage the site labor force. Documentation: Prepare site reports, log progress, and maintain project documentation.  Required skills and qualifications Technical and engineering knowledge Project management abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work in various weather conditions Attention to detail  Requirements Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
