Primary Skills Must have Minimum & Maximum exp range 3+ Years in respective area/domain of recruitment- Technology / Digital/ Freshers / S&F/ Insurance etc. Must be having corporate experience and experience into hiring (end to end recruitment) Bulk numbers. Experience in Walk in Drive management. Must have exp in using different Platforms for sourcing. Must know beyond job posting and mailer deployment. Must have experience of hiring FTE/FTR talents. Must have knowledge of Features of virtual hiring drive management tool such as virtual lobby, interview rooms on the virtual hiring drive management tool. Must be able to articulate on the ATS used. Excellent communication. Clearing Assessment mandatory. Soft Skill Requirement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually Excellent MS Office skills Pointers to note: Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
