About the job
Position: Customer Success Executive - Operations
CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA
CTC Breakup – 8% Annual Retention Bonus. This is a part of the above CTC and is released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.
Experience - Up to 1 year. Freshers are more than welcome to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Operations Executive, your role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end management of projects ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining smooth operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
Client Onboarding & Operational Management:
- End to end campaign management
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and update relevant databases.
- Onboard clients onto the platform and upload client plans as required.
- Address day-to-day client inquiries, troubleshoot issues promptly, and inspire repeat business through excellent service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, liaise with departments to meet client requirements, and manage monthly billing and invoicing processes for serviced clients.
Special Projects:
- Contribute to special projects such as client events, lead generation campaigns, and media planning and buying.
- Identify and onboard partners based on project needs, including media houses, translation agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Delegate work related to special projects and ensure it is completed on time.
Minimum Qualifications & Expected Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree (any field)
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
