Company Description:Purpleplum is a modern Fintech as a Service provider that equips companies with the tools needed to launch secure, customized, and compliant Fintech products. These products are designed to increase revenue and improve customer experience. Our fully managed infrastructure allows banks to launch digital banking solutions such as consumer banking, corporate banking, and embedded fintech products like accounts, payments, and cards. Integration is a matter of calling modern APIs and a few lines of code, facilitating rapid speed to market.Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis & DocumentationTranslate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.Maintain traceability across requirements, solution design, and delivery outcomes.Work closely with the Technical Lead on the requirements document and RTM.Act as a guide/mentor and prepare more leaders by using the knowledge, skill, and experience.Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading the UAT.Work on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.What we are looking for:3 + years of relevant working experienceExperience in Product Development and implementation of multiple Digital Banking Solutions for Digital Banking.Thorough understanding of at least one of the Core Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking.Understanding of various analysis techniques and methodologies.Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.Experience in integrating Digital channels with back end systems.Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Operations, and Functionalities.
