Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in US IT recruitment, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and trends. (Mandatory skill) Demonstrated ability in project management to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently. Strong business process improvement skills to enhance recruitment strategies and drive operational excellence. Proficiency in data analysis tools for analyzing recruitment data and driving data-informed decisions. Effective strategic planning skills to align recruitment practices with business goals. Exceptional client relationship management skills to maintain and grow partnerships. Advanced proficiency in Excel for creating recruitment reports and managing data. Experience with change management to adapt strategies in response to client or market changes. Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
