Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong motion design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a knack for designing visually compelling assets and has experience in bringing static designs to life through motion. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and growth teams to create impactful visual communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design engaging visuals, including banners, social media posts, website assets, and product-related graphics.
  • Create motion graphic videos, animations, and interactive content to enhance storytelling for campaigns and product promotions.
  • Work on UI/UX elements and prototypes, contributing to a cohesive design language across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets aligned with Onsurity's brand identity and goals.
  • Ideate and execute innovative designs for product branding, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and motion design.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion design projects.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and motion in digital interfaces is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of video editing and sound design.
  • Familiarity with creating animations for social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for creating designs that resonate with the target audience.
