As our new Payroll Executive , you will become an integral part of our finance team. You will be working closely with HR to guarantee accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. While overseeing the payroll processing cycle, you will be staying up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring all necessary adjustments are made to maintain compliance standards.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with laws and accurate record-keeping
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, making adjustments as needed for compliance
  • Prepare payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and assist during audits

Your Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and management
  • Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
