RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking a Senior HR Executive for Non -IT and IT Talent Acquisition team to join in Chennai.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 4 -8 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attract top talent. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure we bring in the best talent to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing requirements.
Own and drive the intake meeting, kick-off & debrief process with the Business.
Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, offer negotiation.
Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business.
Create and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for Financial Management Services and Creative Communication roles in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of creatively recruiting for varying levels of talent
Good experience of working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR/HRM/PGDM in HR.
4-8 years of experience in recruitment Industry with key responsibilities mentioned above.
Strong understanding of Full Recruitment cycle and employment laws and regulations
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Decision-Making skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Employer Branding Initiatives.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
