Title : Customer Service Representative (Voice/Chat)-

Sector : Consumer Electronics

Pay Scale :

₹1.8 - 2 lakhs Yearly, subject to increment

Location :- RoarX, C Block, Sector 88 (NSEZ Nearest Metro)-

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support primarily through calls, as well as emails and chat over call- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues- Stay updated on RoarX products and services- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes- Meet performance targets and maintain service quality

Required Competencies

- Customer service management skills- Excellent communication in at least two languages (English/Hindi)- Confident and courteous demeanor- Politeness when interacting with clients-

Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Google Sheets)-

Good typing speed (30-40 WPM)- Prior call handling experience preferred

Qualifications
