JOB PURPOSE:
The Executive HR position in Aurolab plays a crucial role in driving organizational success by effectively managing the company's most valuable asset—its human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Training and Development

Position Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management
Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in Manufacturing industries
