Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Behavioral Psychologist to join our AI company, specializing in solving fitment in recruitment processes. As a Behavioral Psychologist, you will play a vital role in leveraging your expertise in psychology and behavior analysis to improve and optimize talent and people intelligence decisions using artificial intelligence. Your deep understanding of human behavior and psychological principles will contribute to developing cutting-edge algorithms and tools that ensure the right candidates are matched to the right job roles, leading to enhanced employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Behavioral Analysis: Utilize your expertise in behavioral psychology to analyze and understand the psychological traits, personality characteristics, and skill sets required for various job roles within different industries.
Algorithm Development: Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to develop advanced algorithms and machine learning models that assess candidate fitment based on their profiles, behavioral assessments, and past experiences.
Psychometric Assessments: Design and validate psychometric assessments to measure cognitive abilities, personality traits, and other relevant factors that determine job fitment.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights to identify patterns that predict successful candidate-job matches and improve the accuracy of the fitment algorithms.
Ethical and Bias-Free Practices: Ensure that the fitment algorithms and assessment tools are designed and implemented with fairness and impartiality, adhering to ethical guidelines and avoiding bias.
User Experience Enhancement: Continuously work to improve the user experience of the fitment tools, making them intuitive and user-friendly for both recruiters and candidates.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with the development team and provide training on behavioral concepts to enhance the team's understanding of psychological principles and their application in AI-driven fitment.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and customize fitment solutions accordingly.
Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in behavioral psychology, AI, and recruitment trends, and integrate new findings into the company's fitment solutions.
Data Security and Privacy: Ensure that all candidate data is handled securely and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Masters or PHD in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Analysis.
Proven experience in applying behavioral psychology principles to real-world scenarios, preferably in the context of talent acquisition and human resources.
Strong knowledge of psychometric assessments, personality tests, and other behavioral evaluation tools.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation using software like R, Python, or SPSS is a plus
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of recruitment and fitment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex psychological concepts to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
Ethical mindset and commitment to promoting fairness and inclusivity in AI-based fitment solutions.
Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
