Position Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, hands-on experience with performance advertising, and a proactive approach to driving marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Growth Strategies:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and growth strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Support the execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive business objectives.

2. Performance Ads Management:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn.

- Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, making adjustments for optimal ROI.

3. Email Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and list management.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling email copy and visuals to drive engagement.

4. WhatsApp Marketing:

- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers directly.

- Implement automated workflows, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups.

5. Website Management:

- Support website content updates, ensuring that the site reflects the latest marketing materials and product information.

- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the website for performance and user experience.

6. Research & Analysis:

- Conduct competitive analysis and research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.

- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns based on data-driven analysis.

7. SEO Understanding:

- Have a basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO optimization on web pages and marketing content.

8. Online Response Management (ORM) & PR:

- Monitor and respond to online mentions of the company, addressing customer queries and concerns on social media and review platforms.

- Support public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and build strong media relationships.

Key Requirements:

Work Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including performance ads, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn ads.

- Basic understanding of SEO and its application in digital content.

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and respond professionally to customers and stakeholders.

Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for marketing challenges.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in campaign setup, reporting, and customer interactions.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

- Prior experience with WhatsApp marketing or other messaging platforms.

- Basic understanding of graphic design or experience working with design teams.
