About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Developer with a solid foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, and PostgreSQL. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on development experience and a background in security practices, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with iVedha Inc. You’ll work alongside a talented team, focusing on secure and efficient application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, write, test, and deploy clean, efficient code primarily in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Golang.- Database Management: Utilize PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and performance optimization.- Security Focus: Implement and uphold security best practices throughout the development lifecycle to ensure secure, compliant applications.- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with team members to deliver quality products that align with client requirements and security standards.- Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and stay informed on new security trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of development experience with a strong understanding of software development principles.- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Golang.- Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, querying, and database optimization.- Security Knowledge: Familiarity and experience with secure coding practices and a commitment to application security.- Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.- Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication to articulate ideas and technical details.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional backend technologies or frameworks is a plus.- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, SOC 2) and vulnerability testing practices.- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.
