Job Description
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces for the website
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Ability to work with engineering, UX writing teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Required Skillsets:
6+ years of experience as a UX Designer preferably for Fintech, or Financial Services / product
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, XD, Sketch, Axure.
Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
Have the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Have a track record of success: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating unique and scalable designs
Have a strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and drive a customer-obsessed approach to UX design
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
