Role Overview:


Are you a seasoned and results-driven marketing leader with a track record of building iconic brands? Do you excel in crafting compelling narratives and driving startup growth? Is your acronym vocabulary filled with TAM, CAC, and ToFu? Is your first name brand and last name visionary? If so, be ready to roll up your sleeves and work with an ambitious team


This role requires expertise in driving strategic digital and traditional marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid media to drive business growth; building strong brand positioning, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and market dynamics, ensuring V2F’s market leadership across all key geographies. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy: Manage the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications across multiple channels and functions (social media, performance marketing, organic, partnerships & affiliates, branding & PR).
  • Consumer Acquisition & Retention: Create impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns to acquire new customers while retaining a loyal consumer base. 
  • Marketing Expansion: Utilize channels such as SEO, PPC, Social media, Email marketing,  Digital & Print Advertising, and Content marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Team Leadership: Spearhead digital, creative, and social teams to ensure their content supports overall messaging and marketing strategies through email campaigns, events, site/landing pages, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Performance Metrics: Create, monitor, and measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales goals, and market share targets.
  • Brand Transformation : Enhance brand visibility and reputation by crafting compelling narratives and maintaining consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with all stakeholders on key business metrics, progress, and issues to ensure alignment and high visibility.
  • Budget Management: Own and create marketing plans; define the optimal marketing mix; drive growth via innovation; manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Compliance and Consistency: Ensure compliance with all communications and materials such as media content, guidelines, templates, press releases, etc.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in scaling successful brands, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing operations and delivering measurable business results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
