We are seeking a skilled Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with expertise in MSD 365 Sales, Service, Field Service module customization and configurations to join our dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:

Understanding the Business requirements, create the design and build the solution.

Customization and Configuration of MSD 365 CRM solutions(Sales, Service, Field Service) using Power Platform concepts.

Building Javascript, HTML/Web Resources, XML, Plugin, custom workflow, Web API(REST, SOAP), Power Automate, Custom Actions, Dashbaords.

Create and configuring the CRM role based security model.

Dynamics CRM solution deployment using manual and Azure Devops pipeline and trouble shooting.

Use and implement Azure services like Azure functions, Web Hook, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse during different project build phase.

Help Data migration consutant in building the data migration pipline in Azure ADF.

Handle D365 administration Tasks.

Configuring the Out of box integration  i.e Outlook Integration, SharePoint Integration etc. with D365 CRM.
 
Deevlop complex integrations of Third party applications and other systems with D365 CRM and Azure App registrations.
 

Requirements:

Total Dynamics 365 CRM Solution development experience required is 6-8 years.

Should have worked on atleast 3-4 Live MSD CRM Implementation.

Working knowledge of MSD 365 Modules Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing.

Strong understanding and exposure of Third Party App integration with CRM and good to have SOAP based API integration experience.

Need to have knowledge and experience in developing Canvas Apps.

Experience in Microsoft Azure services implementation Azure functions, Web Hook, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse. 

Third party Data migration experience, troubleshoot and issue solving skill.

Very good communication skill, demo presentation skill and ability to handle team.
