Description

What You’ll Do

Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will:

- Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules- Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design- Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules- Fusion Time and Labor- Fusion Comp and Ben- Fusion Payroll Fusion Absences o- Fusion Securities o Fusion Core HR- Fusion Talent Modules o Recruit & Learn- Should have good communication and presentation skills- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
