Job Descriptions – PMO Executive / Sr Exe / Lead (3-10 Years) · Minimum 3+Years of experience in PMO Operations · The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project allocation and utilization of resources. · This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. · Proven experience in PMO operations · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. · Good in Stakeholder Communication, Analytical Thinking and Strong MS Office experience. · Resource Allocation and Management, Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs. · Develop and maintain a resource management system to track resource availability, skills, and utilization. · Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and availability to ensure optimal resource utilization. · Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity. · Experience with CRM Tool and Reporting and Analytics · Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into resource utilization, project performance, and key metrics. · Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. · Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. · Serve as a central point of contact for resource-related inquiries and requests. · Communicate resource allocation decisions, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders. · Facilitate regular meetings with project managers and department heads to review resource allocation and project status. · Preferably immediate joiner.
