What You'll Be Doing Editing 1-2 long form videos every week for our YouTube channel. Editing 3-7 Shorts every week. Repurposing video content. Editing our courses when we create new content. We’d want these to be high quality, Masterclass-style courses that form a key part of our business. They’re generally 1-3 month projects and you'll have the creative control to add your own flair and editing flourishes to the finished product which could be seen by thousands of people. You’d also be in charge of creating the trailer which we see as one of the most important parts of our courses. Suggesting ideas to develop the whole brand and move it forward in line with the vision. We want everyone to get involved with the development of the business and we’re keen for everyone to be on board with working together to move things forward.

Requirements
  • You’re an expert using Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro (preferably both)
  • You’ve got experience with motion graphic software like After Effects or Motion.
  • You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isn’t a position for someone who isn’t comfortable with change.
  • You're able to work to shared deadlines and have content ready to publish when it’s needed, always looking to stay ahead of the game.
  • You’re able to work effectively in a team environment. We want people who are collaborative rather than competitive.
  • You’re able to use your initiative to suggest new directions or projects for the business.
  • You’re focussed on providing value to our community.
