Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support Proficiency in Reservations and Travel & Tourism processes to ensure accurate and seamless booking management Experience in Ticketing Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in relevant reservation software and tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or related field is a plus
