The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence. This role provides exposure to audit engagements across diverse industries and an opportunity to work closely with senior finance professionals.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute Statutory Audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards.Review financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.Conduct vouching, verification, analytical reviews , and risk assessments.Identify control weaknesses and suggest process improvements.Prepare and finalize audit reports and ensure timely client deliverables.Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external auditors to ensure smooth audit execution.Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations .Supervise and guide audit trainees or junior team members as needed.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Audit Procedures .Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting/audit tools .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.Candidates with NBFC or listed company audit experience will be preferred.What We Offer:Exposure to domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.Hands-on experience with complex audit and compliance engagements.Collaborative, growth-driven, and professional work culture.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
