Together with our clients and industry partners, we deliver disruptive work that is changing energy and financial services.#BEYOURSELFATWORKCapco has a tolerant, open culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity.CAREER ADVANCEMENTWith no forced hierarchy at Capco, everyone has the opportunity to grow as we grow, taking their career into their own hands.DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONWe believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage.Role Description:Job Title: Command Center Operations Management/ Incident Management in Banking DomainLocation: Sarjapur, Bengaluru3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs) - HybridShift Time: 24*7 Rotational ShiftsOverview:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant technical fields • Comfortable maintaining existing Production Support Solutions whilst leading production improvement activities • Deep skills in systems (operating systems, storage subsystems, networking) whilst implementing best practices for availability, reliability, and scalability • Strong interpersonal skills around communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and critical thinking • Verifiable interests in algorithms and distributed systems • Experience with knowledge management systems, preferably Confluence and SharePoint Experience scripting on Unix/Linux using Python • Database application development experience (Oracle, SQL Server etc.) • DevOps SME with exposure to FinOps considered an added benefit • Strong foundation in Informatica and Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys) • Build monitoring solutions that alert on symptoms rather than on outages • Strong experience with BI tool’s preferably Grafana • Significant multiyear experience working within SRE, DevOps and Production Support • Performance troubleshooting and tuning experience • Experience with development tools that aid in debugging, locating memory errors, performance analysis, etc. • Ability to operate with a managed services mentality and utilize Agile methodologies to accomplish all tasks • Financial Services Industry experience • Knowledge of Cloud – AWS, Azure and Snowflake would be considered a big plus **Personal Attributes: ** • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to liaise with all levels from interns to Board Level Members • Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable with ownership responsibilities, who demonstrates a can-do attitude • Prepared to work India Production Day Hours and stay as long as required, if business challenges necessitate your personal input on shift handovers to get the job doneIf you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
