We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Manager - Sales , who is responsible for managing at least a team of 15-20 recruiters and must have experience in Bulk hiring.
Experience Required - 7+years
Location - Delhi
Work Mode - Work from Office (WFO)
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Recruitment Planning
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices.
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and project demands.
Build a team of field recruiters and freelancers to recruit FOS across the nation
Lead recruitment function, consolidation of fragmented resourcing with aspirational goals of hitting 10,000 sales oriented field force.
Functional Analytics
Social measurement to build value systems to reduce attrition at field executive level.
Partners with Training function to improve sales funnel and hence delivering solid sales team.
Analyse campaign outcomes and show a positive return on investment from all channels as measured by KPIs such as Cost Per Hiring, Net Sentiment Growth.
Team Management and Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and develop the recruitment team.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets recruitment targets.
Recruitment Process Management
Oversee job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
Establish and track metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment challenges.
Compliance and Employer Branding
Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
Build the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Technology and Tools
Leverage recruitment software and platforms to optimize efficiency.
Stay updated on new hiring technologies and implement relevant tools.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
(Master’s degree or certifications in HR/Recruitment is a plus.)
Experience :
Min 7 Years
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role (e.g., Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead).
Skills :
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Work Conditions :
May require occasional travel to career fairs or recruitment events.
