About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Google Ads & SEO Expert with at least 1-2 years of experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Google Ad campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and shopping, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Google Ads, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.


Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in strategizing & executing Google ads campaigns.
  • Should be well versed with Google Ads.
  • Well versed with SEO content writing, link building, on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue targets and business goals.
  • Ability to ideate & iterate product angles at break-neck speed in order to improve campaign conversion rates & ROAS metrics.
  • Ability to scale campaigns in identified markets rapidly based on ROI benchmarking.
  • Strong understanding of optimization tactics that impact ROI metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up & managing reporting dashboards and analytics.
  • Experience in e-commerce/D2C, Ed-tech or digital agency is preferred.
