You will be responsible fordeveloping questions, test papers, and evaluation frameworks that accurately measure learningoutcomes.Key Responsibilities:● Develop assessment content including multiple-choice questions, case studies, andpractical exercises● Create test papers aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes● Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness● Maintain question banks and assessment repositories● Ensure assessments meet quality standards and difficulty levels● Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content● Analyze assessment data and recommend improvements● Stay updated with assessment best practices and methodologiesRequirements:● 1-2 years of experience in content development, assessment creation, or academicwriting● Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English● Understanding of assessment principles and evaluation frameworks● Ability to create content across difficulty levels● Attention to detail and commitment to quality● Proficiency in MS Office Suite● Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred● Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or relevant subject area● Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and assessment design principles is a plusWhat We Offer:● Salary package of ₹2.0 - 2.4 LPA● Opportunity to impact learning outcomes● Collaborative work environment● Professional development opportunities
