Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer at Platestory, you will be pivotal in spearheading our digital marketing initiatives across various platforms. This role involves creating and managing effective campaigns that boost brand visibility, maximize online sales, and expand our market presence across major digital marketplaces like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and more.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketplaces such as Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon.
  • Independently create advertising content using graphic design tools like Canva for straightforward creative projects.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance to tailor digital strategies and content, enhancing engagement and customer retention across all platforms.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital advertising to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Leverage new technologies and automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability across various channels.
  • Develop automations for routine marketing tasks to streamline operations and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Marketer, with demonstrated success in managing campaigns across a variety of digital platforms including food delivery and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva and digital marketing tools including CRM and CMS systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, and content management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to decode consumer data and adapt strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Innovative thinker with a keen interest in leveraging new technologies to enhance marketing practices.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
