Our Salesforce practice empowers organizations to connect customers, partners, and employees through seamless digital ecosystems built on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.  We are currently seeking an SFDC Experience Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Experience Cloud development. This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and optimize scalable community solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to NTT DATA’s Salesforce Center of Excellence.  Position’s General Duties and Tasks  In this role, you will be responsible for:  Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals for customers, partners, and employees.  Configuring and customizing Experience Cloud sites including themes, templates, navigation, page layouts, and security settings.  Building and enhancing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Flows to extend community functionality and user experience.  Ensuring secure authentication and access control, managing user profiles, roles, and sharing rules to protect community data.  Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to translate business needs into robust and scalable Experience Cloud solutions.  Integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CMS, marketing, or legacy platforms) via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.  Optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability of Experience Cloud sites while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governance.  Participating in Agile ceremonies, performing code reviews, managing DevOps pipelines, and supporting deployment and post-production activities.  Providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the Salesforce delivery team.  Requirements for this Role Include  5+ years' experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner/Employee Communities).  Expert (Master-level) proficiency in Experience Cloud, capable of supervising and instructing others on community architecture, configuration, and customization.  Proven experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to deliver interactive and high-performing community features.  Intermediate proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to configure, customize, and integrate core functionalities under guidance.  Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and role-based access control.  Experience with integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent) to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.  Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.  Knowledge of data migration and deployment tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Change Sets.  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional global teams.  Nice-to-Have Skills:  Exposure to OCR Skill for building and embedding external components within Experience Cloud sites.  Familiarity with Salesforce CMS, Marketing Cloud Connect, or Salesforce Industries (Velocity).  Understanding responsive design and mobile optimization within Experience Builder.
