Ensure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate condition

Ensure the outlet is maintained at the highest levels

Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an Emergency

Ensure awareness and delivers the optimum levels of service and guest satisfaction

Establish and maintain effective communication across all divisions

Lead by example through a passionate hands on approach

Assist with collecting information for the monthly P&L review

Qualifications : 23 years experience as a leader preferably in a fast paced

luxury property Excellent knowledge in Food & Beverage including bar operations. Computer literacy an added advantage and previous use and mastery of point of sale system required Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times Service focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime
