A Jaipur-based Higher Education Institution is establishing Jaipur’s first world-class Arbitration & Mediation Centre, committed to strengthening India’s alternative dispute resolution ecosystem. The Centre aims to provide accessible, efficient, and technology-enabled ADR services (like Aribtration and Mediation) to individuals, corporates, institutions, and government bodies. We are seeking a Founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this mission and build the Centre into a credible, nationally recognized dispute resolution platform. The CEO will be responsible for: Work towards developing the Arbitration and Mediation Centre as a financially viable and profitable entity, ensuring long-term success and stability. Identify and empanel qualified arbitrators, mediators and other experts for the said Centre. Build strategic partnerships with law firms, corporates, government bodies, and international arbitration institutions. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to ADR in India and globally. Design and implement training programs & certifications in ADR for students, practitioners, and professionals. Integrate Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platforms and relevant technologies for digitalization needs of the Centre The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Arbitration, Mediation, ADR, or ODR—preferably with exposure to institutional arbitration, academia, government agencies, development organizations, or corporate legal roles. The role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and the ability to build a financially sustainable and future-ready ADR institution. Salary Range: ₹16–18 LPA.
