With a strong presence in India and expanding global markets like the US and UAE, we are building a purpose-driven brand backed by quality, innovation, and community.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Amazon. Should have hands-on experience with Amazon’s advertising platforms and can create, execute, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.This role requires strong analytical, operational, and marketing skills with hands-on experience in handling Amazon Seller Central.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Ads of Amazon India, UAE & US accounts (Seller Central) and other markeplaces.- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, DSP) to maximize ROI.- Track and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activities.- Advertising Benchmarks & KPIs.- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.- Optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals to boost sales and improve rankings.- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.- Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure ads are aligned with product listings and promotions.- Stay updated with Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm updates.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central (India & International markets preferred).- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns and listing optimization.- Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
