It can be used to power electric vehicles, consumer electronics, grid storage, commercial applications etc. The proprietary technology from Nexus allows the batteries to charge faster, last longer, and most importantly be eco-friendly.                The world is going to need a lot more energy and lower emissions in the years to come, and we are trying to be a part of the solution with our patent-pending technology for a range of applications.             It doesn’t look like an easy job but with the right people, passion and curiosity, it is possible. Design and conduct experiments for the synthesis of nanostructures (using bootom-up approach) and polymers, demonstrating expertise in various synthesis techniques. Basic knowledge on characterization techniques. Utilize advanced characterization techniques such as UV-Vis spectroscopy, TEM, SEM, and other microscopy methods. Contribute to the development of new synthesis methods and optimization of existing processes. A meticulous approch to work and effectivelly cominicate with the team. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nanotechnology and incorporate relevant findings into research projects. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including chemists, physicists, and engineers, to achieve research goals. Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations. Requirements M.Sc. or M.Tech with 1 to 3 years of experience in synthesis and nanotechnology. M.Sc. in Applied Sciences, Physics, Chemistry or any related Discipline. Clear understanding of synthesis procedures and purification of nano structures. Basic knowledge of characterization techniques including UV-Vis spectroscopy, TEM, SEM, and other microscopy methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Application Process: On receipt of an application, the HR Team shall send a simple quick questionnaire as an Assessment test to move forward to the evaluation process. There will be a telephone interview of shortlisted candidates after the evaluation of the questionnaire. Shortlisted candidates should go through a final round of interviews via Online Interviews on Zoho Meeting or in Person. Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow. Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin and job roles will be assigned.
